Thai table massage

Thai Table Massage can be incorporated into a massage routine and is beneficial for clients who may have difficulties getting down to, or up from, the floor.

In the Northern regions of Thailand the emphasis in Traditional Thai Massage is on stretching. By contrast in the Southern regions of Thailand the emphasis in Traditional Thai Massage is on acupressure. Thai Table Massage will incorporate both of these styles. 

Hands Free Massage is a technique using the forearms and elbows. Working at a deeper muscular level utilising the Hands Free approach and to adapt pressure to different clients and their needs. It allows me to apply firmer pressure to some points where needed, focus on pressure points as needed and deepen the deep tissue massage in some areas such as back and legs.

This massage uses slow movement techniques with deep pressure and friction to return muscles and connective tissues to their regular tension. I focus on areas of stiffness, breaking down the tension/knots within the fascia tissue. The muscle tissue is stretched and separated, providing for better circulation of blood and greater freedom of movement.

Some may find this type of massage slightly painful at times, however you will be feeling better afterwards I promise. A Deep Tissue massage is recommended for stiff neck, back and shoulders, lower back stiffness, or tension held within arms and legs.
